Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences was established by decree no. 3837 in 11th of July, 1992. The Department of International Relations within this faculty commenced admitting its first students during the academic year of 1997-1998. In our department there are three sub-divisions, namely International Relations, Political History and International Law.
Beside regular undergraduate program, our department also offers an evening undergraduate program as well as a distant education program. Moreover, the department offers a masters and PhD. degree in International Relations through the Institute of Social Sciences. Since the academic year of 2012-2013, distant education Master’s program in International Relations and European Union also began to admit students.
By the academic year of 2012-2013, in total, including morning and evening education, there are 912 undergraduate students enrolled to our program. The distant education undergraduate program has 102 registered students. 171 graduate students are enrolled to our Masters and PhD programs. Our department also has 46 foreign students.
Our academic staff consists of three Professors, one associate professor, eight assistant professors, three lecturers and three researchers.
